Terms and Conditions
Effective August 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sharifah AI websites, services, and technology provided by Ask Sharifah Holdings, LLC. A signed proposal, service agreement, order form, or statement of work may include additional terms. If those documents conflict with these general terms, the signed agreement controls.
Services
Sharifah AI designs, configures, hosts, maintains, and supports websites, networks, marketplaces, dashboards, automation, AI tools, and related technology. Features, timelines, support, pricing, revenue share, and deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Fees and Revenue Share
Clients are responsible for all approved setup fees, monthly platform fees, transaction fees, third party costs, and revenue share described in their agreement. Revenue share applies only to the qualifying platform generated or platform processed revenue defined in that agreement. It does not automatically apply to all revenue earned by the client outside the platform.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another provider. Clients must provide accurate account, tax, banking, and business information. Processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, and adjustments may affect amounts distributed.
No Long Term Contract
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, ongoing platform service does not require a long term contract. A client may cancel ongoing service by providing written notice according to the billing and notice terms in the applicable agreement.
What Happens After Cancellation
Sharifah AI provides and operates the underlying technology. When ongoing service ends, the hosted website, platform, dashboards, automations, and related services become inactive. The client will no longer have access to the operating platform. Cancellation does not transfer Sharifah AI source code, shared systems, proprietary tools, templates, infrastructure, or software ownership.
Clients should request any available export of client owned content or data before service ends. The available format and scope depend on the platform and agreement. Outstanding fees, earned revenue share, refunds, disputes, and other obligations remain due after cancellation.
Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their approved brand assets, original content, and business information. Sharifah AI and its licensors retain ownership of the underlying software, source code, shared platform, systems, methods, AI workflows, templates, improvements, and intellectual property used to provide the service.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, timely feedback, and access needed to complete the work. Clients are responsible for their offers, customers, products, services, fulfillment, taxes, licenses, privacy obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Sharifah AI services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malicious software, unauthorized access, deceptive practices, or activity that threatens platform security or other users.
Third Party Services
Platforms may connect with Stripe, email providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, social platforms, carriers, or other third parties. Their terms, fees, availability, and policies are controlled by those providers. Sharifah AI is not responsible for third party interruptions or changes outside our control.
Service Availability
We work to keep services available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, security events, provider outages, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharifah AI and Ask Sharifah Holdings, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to Sharifah AI for the affected service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risks, material breach, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the platform or others. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
